Do you mean to add possibility of having same gw paths with different launch arguments in the launch list?
Is this mainly to cut down on shortcuts count and have more items in the list?

Yes you got it, It sounds so much better when somebody else types it out
Basically i have 4 copies of guild wars but that means i can only have 4 paths with different commands in GWML windos, I have around 20+ shortcuts so that i can login to each different copy of guild wars with all my accounts (no typing required) but it's starting to look a little messy so i wanted to add them all inside the program!
Just 4 copies of guild wars but a possible unlimited amount of listings in the GWML window so that i can use any number of switches...

No promises, but this should be do-able.
I'll try to get this in for 0.50 release (sometime this month hopefully). Been wanting to update from the RC build to better support the character switch as well. Just haven't had time recently.

I'm using 7 and it works fine for me. The only problem I've had is needing to recopy the secondary account files after a game update, rather than updating them individually.

By secondary account files, do you mean templates and screenshots? On Windows 7/Vista Guild Wars should be defaulting to storing these in the C:/Users/Username/... directory. If it is still reading/storing them in the gw directory, winxp compatibility mode was somehow switched on for gw.exe.

imkay, I'm referring to the second install directory. After an update, any gw.exe file will only point to the first one I run, making it impossible to update the other installs. I have to delete the folders and recopy them. It's a minor inconvenience, but not that bad.

I've never had that issue. If you're installing to Program Files, you should consider moving it to somewhere else. Or try run as admin.

Yeah I am launching them one at a time. Its just every time we have an update only my first two copies will launch correctly, all of the rest start having a fatal error when downloading the patch, so I have to completely delete them and reinstall.
I have tried making all of my copies off of the first install, and I have tried making all of my copies off of the previous install (So guildwars3 is a copy of two, two is a copy of 1 etc) But it doesnt seem to make any difference!

What I do when there is an update is run my first install with the -image switch without GWML. Once that has updated I copy the GW.exe & the GW.dat & paste to folders 2,3 & 4 one at a time overwriting the existing .exe & .dat.

Tested it. Better than GWx2. Allows Texmod. Seems to allow loading the second GW even if the first is already running.
Well done.

We really should get Indie to sticky this.
I finally upgraded my computer; which gave me the chance to more Guild Wars out of \\Program Files (x86)\ folder. Now the multilauncher works like a champ.

We generally don't sticky projects in Community Works as that would not seem fair to others who may consider their contribution to be of equal or greater merit.
Fortunately, great works like this and Brett Kuntz's KSMod are so popular that they're always at the top of the list anyway

new version up
New version is up.
Released this as stable v0.6 release since the RC seemed solid for a few months.
Fixed the argument handling to be more robust (-character "bla blah") works properly now. While I was working that, I decided to throw in a wizard to help edit/craft switches.
This goes in hand in hand with ability to have multiple listing of the same copy. Each copy can have their own set of switches.
You may need to recreate individual launch shortcuts if they contain multiple switches due to the overhaul on arguments handling.
Also, the gui buttons have been swapped to versions with more neutral colors. The old colors were just too vibrant.
enjoy!
